At QR Spark, we strive to provide the best QR code generation and analytics service possible. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may request a refund for your subscription.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro Plan subscriptions (first-time purchases only). If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.
To qualify for this refund:
- You must request the refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
- This applies only to your first Pro Plan subscription. Subsequent renewals or upgrades are not eligible for the 7-day guarantee.
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
1.2 Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe (typically 7 business days), you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
To qualify:
- You must report the issue to support@qrspark.app and allow us a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
- The issue must be caused by QR Spark (not by your device, internet connection, or third-party services).
1.3 Billing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect subscription tier), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:
- Subscription Renewals: After the initial 7-day guarantee period, subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but you will not receive a refund for the current billing period.
- Change of Mind: If you simply decide you no longer want to use the Service after the 7-day guarantee period, no refund will be issued. You may cancel to avoid future charges.
- Violation of Terms: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., creating prohibited content, abuse of the Service), you are not eligible for a refund.
- Feature Misunderstanding: Refunds will not be issued if you misunderstood the features of the Service. We encourage you to review our homepage, pricing page, and documentation before purchasing.
- Third-Party Payment Processor Fees: If your payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) charges transaction fees, those fees are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address (the one used to sign up for QR Spark).
- Your order/transaction ID (if available, from your payment receipt).
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
- If applicable, details of any technical issues you experienced.

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it within 3-5 business days. If your request is approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances (e.g., unresolved technical issues, extended service outages), we may offer a prorated partial refund based on the unused portion of your subscription. Partial refunds are issued at our sole discretion and are calculated based on the number of days remaining in your billing period.
6. Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling your subscription is different from requesting a refund.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. However, no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
- Refund: A refund returns money to you for a charge that has already been made. Refunds are only available under the conditions outlined in this policy.
7. Free Plan
The Free Plan is provided at no cost and does not involve any payments. As such, there are no refunds associated with the Free Plan. If you are dissatisfied with the Free Plan, you are free to delete your account at any time.
